Do you need help with selecting finishes for a model home, a spec home, or a custom build?
We will meet with your representative or your buyer at our showroom where we will have all your selections ready for you or your buyer to approve. We carefully record all selections to make it easy and convenient to order your materials and keep construction on schedule.

We provide quick turn-around service for finish selections to keep your project moving forward with no delays. With our quick turn-around service, we can have the following to you in 3 business days, ready for your approval. Our quick-turn-around service fee is billed at $227 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours billed.

Our finish selections are carefully curated to ensure that they will work with most architectural styles, trends, tastes and budgets.

Model Home Merchandising
We will focus on your objectives and target market and create a memorable design in a timely manner within budget
We offer our exceptional model home merchandising services at a very competitive rate of $8-10 per square foot.
We typically require a budget of $45-$65 per square foot depending on various factors

We will ensure that the finish selections process is seamless with our unmatched service. We pay close attention to the needs of your buyers and target market and deliver beautiful and high-quality finishes that will convert shoppers to buyers.
We offer our exceptional services at a very competitive rate of $177 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per home. A typical 2500 square foot home will take around 10-15 hours to complete.
You can specify the maximum number of hours you want us to spend with your buyers. We still require a minimum of 4 hours billed.
We know that providing a turn-key and concierge level experience is a great way to market to a high-end clientele. We would love to partner with you to provide a custom decorating package for those buyers who simply do not have the time or desire to do their own decorating.
We work with hundreds of custom furnishings vendors to bring your buyers the best quality upholstery, case goods, accents, art, accessories and textiles. We take care of every single detail from the initial concept to final installation of every tiny detail. We will even stock the refrigerator!
